In coordination with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Green County, Monroe School District elementary students are matched up with Monroe High School Students. The high school students mentor the elementary students with games and activities provided by BBBS, a snack is also provided, and sometimes a little bit of homework help for the elementary students! Big Brothers Big Sisters meets on Mondays after school from 3:30-4:30 starting the last Monday of October through the last Monday of February every school year! We have an estimated 20-25 high school students each year.
