School District of Monroe Families,
The deadline for submitting bus forms for the upcoming school year has been extended to Monday, August 18.
It is imperative that bus forms are submitted by this date, as bus service at the start of the school year cannot be guaranteed without them. Forms can be turned in directly to Lamers Bus Company or completed during student registration.

Online Registration will close on Tuesday, September 2. In order to begin the new school year, schools must have the following completed forms:

• Chromebook Acceptable Use Form
• Bus Form
• Health Form

As of now, 74% of School District of Monroe families have completed registration for the 2025–2026 school year.
If you do not remember your Skyward login information, please contact your child’s school or the District Administrative Center at 608-328-7171.
