RECORDS AND REQUIREMENTS

New Student Information

  • All new students must first register at the DAC building on the third floor of the Monroe Public Library.  Once registration has been completed and records from the previous district have been obtained the MHS Student Services Office will contact the family to set up a meeting time to discuss the student's schedule and other new student information.

Withdrawing from MHS

  • Students planning to withdraw from Monroe High School must obtain an enrollment/withdrawal Form from the Student Services Office at the high school or at the DAC building on the third floor of the Monroe Public Library.  Students must also come to MHS Student Services to obtain an additional form to check out with their teachers. All forms should be returned to Erin Blum in the MHS Student Services Office.

  • Items to complete before a student leaves the High School:

    • Return student Chromebook

    • Return Library books

    • Pay all school fees

    • Clean out student locker and gym locker
